On March 6-8 the head of the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar-Ilan University, Professor Eitan Shamir, and Dr. Elai Rettig recently visited Tbilisi to take part in the Rondeli Security Conference, which was attended by experts from around the world.
Professor Shamir and Dr. Rettig held meetings with colleagues, Rondeli Foundation scholars, scientists, journalists and students to discuss Israel’s ongoing war against Hamas, its regional aspects, and the importance of normalization, as well as the malign influence of Iran and the geopolitical implications of global energy.
At a special session on the Israel-Hamas war, Professor Shamir delivered a speech in which he drew attention to the 134 Israeli abductees who are still in Gaza. 🎗️
