On 30 July 2024, the BESA Center had the pleasure of hosting Japan’s Ambassador to Israel, H.E. Ambassador ARAI Yusuke, and his team for a strategic dialogue. BESA researchers included BESA Managing Director Prof. Eitan Shamir, Major General (Res.) Dr. Yaakov Banjo, and Dr. Alon Levkowitz.
